Tracy Alderman, Ph.D. and Karen Marshall, LCSW, have worked with people to improve their lives for nearly two decades.  Karen has worked in the field of social services since 1980.  Tracy has worked both in educational settings and mental health settings since 1993.  Between their different work experiences and clinical perspectives they bring a unique set of skills and perspectives their current work. Specializing in the areas of self-injury and dissociation, Tracy and Karen provide a variety of services including consultation, training and psychotherapy.
